Class Structure:

This course meets live once per week for 17 weeks in a small cohort limited to five students. Lessons build on one another over time, allowing students to apply what they learn between sessions and return with questions, reflections, and progress updates.

Assignments are practical and real-world focused, designed to build habits and systems rather than complete worksheets.

Teaching Style & Methods:

Teaching is interactive, structured, discussion-based, and application-focused. Each session includes:
