Business Responsibilities

Scheduling & Client Support

• Manage calendars and coordinate appointments
• Schedule consultations and client meetings
• Conduct professional client follow-up calls and communications

Administrative Operations

• Generate, send, and track invoices
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with basic project and workflow management

Digital Organization

• Create and maintain organized Google Drive systems
• Organize documents, templates, and business resources
• Support ongoing process improvement and workflow efficiency

Client Fulfillment

• Order and track supplies, materials, and inventory
• Coordinate shipping and delivery logistics
• Monitor order status and communicate updates when needed

Personal Administrative Support

Vendor Management

• Coordinate household service providers
• Schedule and manage housekeeper and lawn care appointments
• Handle routine vendor communications

Personal Logistics

• Manage online grocery ordering
• Coordinate delivery schedules
• Assist with routine household administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable making professional phone calls
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Highly proficient in Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)

• Experience with online ordering platforms and consumer applications
